Due to the challenging topography of the site and the accumulation of ground material beneath, we successfully completed an extension that was far from typical. The project required careful planning and innovative solutions to address the site’s unique challenges.

What We Did:

• Tracked access into the site
• Dowelled into the existing rock surface
• Installed concrete chamber rings filled with concrete to function as pillars
• Installed a retaining wall with backfill to accommodate new levels
• Installed a ring beam and cast concrete
• Block and beam flooring
• Drainage works
